Job Description

Job Purpose

You will work closely with the CMO and marketing leadership to support and drive strategic marketing programs across digital, brand, and field marketing functions. This is a hands-on role with high exposure, suitable for someone with a creative mindset, sharp analytical acumen, and a strong interest in cloud, AI, and digital innovation.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and event-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate on content strategy - from case studies, solution briefs, videos to thought leadership blogs.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support positioning and messaging of L&T Cloudfiniti's offerings.
  • Support event planning and execution - physical and virtual - including GTCs, webinars, and analyst briefings.
  • Work with agencies and partners for brand asset development, digital promotions, and campaign analytics.
  • Help build marketing dashboards, ROI trackers, and campaign performance reports.
  • Act as a liaison across sales, product, and strategy teams to align marketing programs with business goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging B2B marketing trends in cloud, datacenter, and AI sectors.

Experience & Educational Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication

Relevant Experience: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

  • Recent or final-year MBA student with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and design sensibility.
  • Passionate about B2B digital marketing, technology, and brand building.
  • Digital-first thinker with proficiency in tools like Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Analytics (bonus).
  • Creative, curious, and execution-focused with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
