Assistant Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events to drive footfall and increase tenant sales
  
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, digital assets)
  
• Liaise with digital marketing agencies for social media management, post scheduling, content planning, and analytics tracking
  
• Support execution of on-ground activations, brand tie-ups, contests, and reward programs
  
• Oversee procurement and inventory of promotional gifts and redemption items
  
• Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis for campaign insights
  
• Collaborate with leasing, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives
  
• Handle vendor coordination, event logistics, budgeting, and ensure timely billing & documentation
  
• Maintain marketing MIS, prepare reports, and support the marketing team with administrative tasks.
