Job Description

As an HR Assistant in the company, your role will involve various responsibilities to support the HR function effectively. You will: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting candidate interviews. - Coordinate and conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. - Play a key role in managing the Probationer assessment and Confirmation process for new hires. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support in resolving issues and conflicts. - Collaborate with management to conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on feedback. - Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and assist managers in conducting performance reviews. - Identify training needs, contribute to the development of training programs, and promote employee development and career growth. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, and prepare HR-related reports and metrics. - Participate in special HR projects and initiatives, working with the HR team to enhance HR processes and programs. Proficiency in MS Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential for this role.
