Ideal Candidate Profile Graduate with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficient in drafting, typing, and, ideally, shorthand CTC—between ₹.13 LPA and ₹.18 LPA Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a plus 12–15 years of experience supporting CMD/MD-level executives, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors Strong, stable career track; frequent job changes will not be considered Must be permanently settled in Bengaluru; spouse should not have a transferable job Should reside within Metro-accessible areas or be able to commute within one hour Company vehicle provided for commuting from Hosur Road
