This role includes handling office tasks, managing communications, and supporting team members with administrative needs. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Organize and maintain paper and electronic files. Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents. Order office supplies and manage inventory. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers. Assist in organizing company events, travel, or meetings. Perform other general office duties as assigned. Manage and prioritize the executives calendar and appointments. Screen and direct emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. Assist with personal tasks as required. Requirements: Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in administrative role preferably in an industrial/factory setting. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication - English, Hindi, and Kannada language preferred. Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask Work Environment: Interaction with multiple departments including HR, Admin, Security, and Operations.
