Job Description :-

• The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as the right hand to the CMD, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination, and handling all administrative, travel, and official responsibilities efficiently.
• The EA will professionally manage schedules,meetings, correspondence, and administrative oversight while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of professionalism.
• The role also involves attending meetings outside the office on behalf of CMD when required.
• Oversee complete office administration including all floors, pantry, housekeeping, security, and labor staff.
• Manage CMD’s calendar; block time for meetings and ensure schedule adherence.
• Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight/train bookings, accommodations, visa, and itinerary planning.
• Professionally draft and send emails on behalf of CMD.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
