Job Description

* Handle inbound and outbound customer leads, understand shipping needs, and consult on solutions. * Share freight quotations and rate comparisons to drive informed decision-making. * Negotiate with customers to close shipments profitably. * Follow up proactively via WhatsApp, email, and calls to maintain momentum and reduce churn. * Manage booking handovers to Operations team with complete documentation. * Maintain CRM discipline — logging activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in realtime. * Achieve daily activity goals: connect rates, follow-ups, quotes, and booking targets. * Build customer relationships by understanding business models, seasonal patterns, and freight requirements.
