Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities to achieve revenue targets through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Identify new business prospects by researching potential markets, industries, and companies that may require freight forwarding services.
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in international freight forwarding or related field (air & sea).
Strong knowledge of air export/import regulations, FCL/LCL concepts, shipping lines' networks & rates.
Excellent communication skills for building client relationships; ability to negotiate effectively.
