Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve revenue targets through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Identify new business prospects by researching potential markets, industries, and companies that may require freight forwarding services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in international freight forwarding or related field (air & sea).
  • Strong knowledge of air export/import regulations, FCL/LCL concepts, shipping lines' networks & rates.
  • Excellent communication skills for building client relationships; ability to negotiate effectively.
