Job Summary:

Courier Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Generate new business by promoting courier services to potential clients (B2B & B2C).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Conduct presentations and product demos to prospective customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or freight industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Good knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid drivers license (if fieldwork is required).
