Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenuegrowth for Softlines and Hardlines businesses in West Region. You will play a crucial role in expanding ourcustomer base and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires a strategicmindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Key Areas of Focus
- Identify and prioritize key customers/segments and prospects within the relevant target market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth by leveraging technical capabilities of the team.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, Lab representatives/SMEs, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new client accounts; maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Promote and represent the company’s Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services to industry stakeholders (manufacturers, exporters, brands, buying houses).
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Knowledge of all testing requirements of Softlines & Hardlines products.

Qualification:
Any Graduate with MBA in Marketing
Relevant Experience:
5-6 years’ experience in B2B Sales preferably in Testing, Inspection &Certification business.

- Must have Results-Oriented Mindset
- Listens actively to team members and clients.
- Analysis market trends and adapts strategies accordingly.
