Assistant Manager/ Manager - Business Development

As an Assistant Manager/ Manager - Business Development at Novus Insights, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end sales and generating a revenue of USD 200,000. Your responsibilities will include achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets, managing accounts from proposal submission to deal closure, facilitating effective communication between Operations & Clients, acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring presales have all necessary details for competitive proposals. Additionally, you will be expected to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients, represent Novus Insights at events/conferences, and leverage your account management experience in the Market Research industry. Your role will also require experience in international sales management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive end-to-end sales process to generate a revenue of USD 200,000 - Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets - Manage accounts from proposal submission to deal closure - Facilitate effective communication between Operations & Clients - Acquire new accounts and nurture existing ones - Ensure presales have all necessary details for competitive proposals - Travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and represent Novus Insights - Utilize account management experience in the Market Research industry - Demonstrate proficiency in international sales management **Qualifications and Experience:** - 6+ years of experience with at least 4 years in the Market Research industry - Postgraduate or Graduate degree In this role, we are looking for highly skilled and aggressive individuals with the ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
