Assistant Manager/ Manager - Business Development

As an Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development at Novus Insights, your role will involve end-to-end sales responsibility, focusing on generating a revenue of USD 200,000. You will be accountable for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets, as well as managing client accounts from proposal submission to deal closure. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating effective communication between Operations and Clients, acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring that presales have all the necessary details for competitive proposals. Additionally, you will be required to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients, as well as represent Novus Insights at various events and conferences. Your role will require account management experience in the Market Research Industry, along with expertise in international sales management. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end sales & generating a revenue of USD 200,000 - Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets - Account Management, including client servicing from proposal submission to deal closure - Facilitating effective communication between Operations & Clients - Acquisition of new accounts & nurturing old accounts - Ensuring presales have all the details for competitive proposals - Traveling domestically & internationally to meet clients & represent Novus Insights at events/conferences Qualifications and Experience: - 6+ years of experience (Relevant 4 years in MR Industry) - Postgraduate/Graduate Additional Company Details: Novus Insights values Quality, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, Transparency, Constant Improvement, Honesty, and Teamwork.
