Job Responsibilities: Department Finance Designation Assistant Manager Role Purpose Ensuring correct accounting, MIS, monthly/ quarterly/ annual reporting, reporting to group office and other ad-hoc analysis requirements Reporting to Head – Finance & Purchasing Responsibilities/ task Key Responsibilities with brief description according to priority Ensuring correct accounting with team coordination Coordinating and ensuring correct month/ quarter/ annual books closing activities with accuracy Diligent expenses analysis and monthly/ quarterly/ annual reporting as required Annual reporting in Magna format for audit Leading and coordinating for various audits like internal/ statutory Ability to work in tight deadlines Strong presentation skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong proficiency in SAP Ability to communicate with clarity and analytical comments Ability to understand requirements of different stakeholders and provide meaningful analysis as required Educational Qualification CA Inter / MBA Finance No. of years of work experience 8 to 12 years Critical Skill Sets (Behavioral) Continuous Improvement Presentation and communication Skills Process Orientation Problem Solving Customer orientation Decision Making People Management Conflict Resolution Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
