Job Summary
Assistant Manager - Loan Management:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager for our Loan Management department. The successful candidate will support the Loan Management team in overseeing loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with lending policies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and monitoring loan portfolios, including reviewing loan applications and conducting risk assessments
- Support the development and implementation of loan management strategies and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to loans
- Monitor loan performance and identify potential issues or risks
- Contribute to the training and development of junior loan officers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the loan management department
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in loan management or a similar role within the banking industry
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk assessment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects when required
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Professional certification in loan management or banking (preferred)
