Job Summary

 As a Assistant Manager at Ledure Lightings Limited, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team and project sales network.

Key Responsibilities

·        Identify, evaluate, and onboard new projects.

·        Demonstrate a proven track record in project based sales.

·        Drive the entire sales cycle.

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with existing and potential partners.

·        Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the lighting industry to identify new opportunities and threats.

• Focus on to achieve your monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and sales performance. Generate reports to provide insights into sales activities and responsible to share with your reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 12-14 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop effective sales strategies.
• Familiarity with lighting products, technology, and industry trends.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
