Job Summary Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring BTL marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, dealer engagement, and product promotion. The role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and channel partners to ensure timely and impactful execution of all marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities · Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as dealer meets, electrician meets, roadshows, canopy activities, and in-shop branding. · Coordinate with sales teams to identify marketing needs and opportunities across regions. · Manage POS materials, product display units, and promotional merchandise for trade marketing activities. · Liaise with vendors and agencies for event setups, printing, logistics, and other marketing collateral. · Monitor and ensure the timely execution of planned BTL activities within approved budgets. · Track campaign performance, collect feedback from stakeholders, and prepare post-activity reports. · Support the branding team in implementing product launches, exhibitions, and trade fairs. · Maintain and update BTL expenditure and ensure cost optimization.
