You will be responsible for identifying GeM tender opportunities, coordinating bid preparation, ensuring compliance with GeM requirements, and maintaining catalog or product listings. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize bid submissions, & negotiate.
l Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders on GeM Portal and other government platforms.
l Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
l Review tender specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQs, terms & conditions, and prepare compliance statements.
l Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Finance, Purchase) for documentation and approvals.
l Update and maintain company profile, catalogues, and documentation on GeM Portal.
l Ensure timely renewal and submission of required documents (EMDs, PBGs, certifications, etc.).
l Follow up with departments on tender status, queries, and bid results.
l Graduate or Diploma in any related field.
l 2–3 years of relevant experience in tendering within the lighting, wires, or cables industry.
l Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with GeM Portal is mandatory.
l Proficient in tender documentation, BOQ handling, and government procurement norms.
l Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
