Role & responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees and future leaders. Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Develop and manage a 360-degree feedback system to provide leaders with constructive feedback from peers, subordinates, and supervisors. Leverage survey results, people analytics data, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for enhanced support to businesses. Conceptualizing and implementing employer branding strategy at India Level in line Group employer Branding plan to attract and retain top talent.
