Hyatt Regency Delhi is a luxury five-star hotel located in the commercial hub of Bhikaji Cama Place, just 20 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport. With multiple venues for meetings, conferences, and social functions, it provides top-notch services and amenities for all guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in New Delhi at Hyatt Regency Delhi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Daily tasks include supervising daily operations, implementing hotel policies, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves assisting with financial planning and budgeting, as well as participating in strategic planning to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in Hospitality Management, Operational Supervision, and Staff Management
Strong Customer Service and Guest Relations skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning skills
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
Proficiency in Hotel Management Software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
