Post : Asst. Manager HR /Sr. Executive -Human Resources

Experience : 3-8 Yrs

Industry : Hospital

Remuneration : As per Industry

Gender : Male / Female

Location : Gurgaon

preferred -Hospital industry


Recruitment

Handling the entering hiring Recruitment cycle, End to End Recruitment process and bulk hiring process. Employee requisition process, using different sources of hiring as Transfer, Promotion, Referral, ensuring that he/she is properly inducted with the policies of the hospital, processes, protocols, Org. structure, Reporting Matrix etc.

Induction, Orientation, & Formality:

Handling new joining process, induction process, about HR policy & Procedures, Responsibilities, verifying documents, updating employee details of new joining, co-ordinate with technical team for official mail creation, maintaining employee personnel data.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Establishing and managing a comprehensive database for efficient resourcing.

  • Screening and assessing candidates based on defined criteria.

  • Utilizing job portals to search and screen potential candidates.

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews seamlessly.

Employees Records Management

Maintaining accurate employee records is essential for both operational efficiency and legal compliance. HR operations teams manage confidential data and ensure records are securely stored.

Employee Engagement:

  • Facilitating onboarding/induction, engagement calendar, and exit interviews.

  • Coordinating in building and executing the reward and recognition initiatives.

  • Handling employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and with confidentiality.

  • Promoting a performance-driven culture through consistent one-on-one meetings.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation.

  • Encourage and support employee participation in continuous learning and development opportunities.

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and health benefits.

  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology solutions.

Good Computer knaowledge

Knowledge of NABH & NABL
