Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy with NEP guidelines and institutional vision
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and induction across school entities
• Champion HRMS digitisation and streamline HR processes
• Create and implement HR policies; ensure statutory compliance
• Manage performance and talent development with school leadership
• Ensure payroll accuracy and improve staff benefit offerings
• Promote professional development and staff learning
• Lead employee engagement, wellness programs, and cultural events
• Oversee digital attendance and record systems
• Handle full exit process and integrate insights into retention strategy

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4–6 years of HR experience (education sector preferred)
• Ability to travel to Kalyan & Ambernath as needed ( Thane District, Mumbai Suburbs)
• Willingness to commit to a six-day in-office work schedule
