Job Title/Designation: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with the institution's goals and objectives.
• Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and selection. Knowledge in job portals, professional networks, Social media advertisement is mandatory.
• Developing and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee performance evaluations, support HR matters like performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws, providing feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.
• Conducting regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Managing employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives. Leading or participating in special projects as assigned by senior management.
• Manage payroll, statutory compliance in ESI & PF portals. Experience in HRMS like GreytHR or any other software is a added advantage.
• Build and process new employee engagement activities align with organizational goals and cost effectively.

Salary: ₹25,000 to 30,000 per month
