Job Description of Agronomist and roles and responsibility * Knowledge Level ✓ Understanding of soil health and soil parameters to be tested. ✓ Basic concepts and their principles of sustainable and regenerative practices. ✓ Understanding of tree species cultivation and their requirements. ✓ Relationship between soil pH, EC and Organic Carbon present in soil. ✓ Soil-microbial relationships. ✓ Plant Nutrition requirement knowledge on basic nutrient analysis at field level. ✓ Fair idea/knowledge on Pests and diseases of plants. (Fruits, Timbers) ✓ Physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil. ✓ Knowledge of experimentation and data collection. ✓ Types of soil and their behavior with water. ✓ Understanding of Texture, structure of different soils presents in India. * Responsibilities/Deliverables ✓ Observation on plant health and regular update on day-to-day basis. ✓ Identification/proper diagnosis of pests & Diseases. ✓ Analysis/ comparison of data collected and helps in decision making. ✓ Data entry of research conducted at field/office time to time. ✓ Plant Count at filed on need basis. ✓ Irrigation audit and report generation at regular intervals. ✓ Monitoring health condition of assigned plots. ✓ Data collection from field team on day-to-day activities. ✓ Monitoring assigned field activities like planting, re-planting, mortality check and plant health. ✓ Data entry into “My Farm app” as well as regular updates time to time. ✓ Assisting while preparation for assigned Project Report (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) ✓ Customer Engagement- UPD Design sharing and co-ordination with field team for planting. ✓ Regular follow up on fertigation as per schedule and plant nutrition management.

Role: Business Development Executive/ Manager Qualification: Any graduation Experience: 0 to 8 Years Preferred candidate: Male or Female Job Responsibilities: • Conducting site visits to our farmland properties to guide prospects and ensure an enjoyable experience. • Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead in the sales process. • Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated and conversions to bookings. • Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition. • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Maintaining overview of all enquiries in the system to generate new site visits or to re-activate older site visit data. • Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required. • Collaborating with the operations and hospitality teams to develop, implement and improve facilities and experiences at the farms.
