Role: Assistant Manager – HR   Experience: 5 – 8 Years   Location – Jayanagar, Bangalore   Qualification: Graduation / MBA in HR    Job Description  We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role involves supporting business needs through efficient people's practices and fostering a positive workplace culture.  Key Responsibilities   Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for mid-to- Senior -level roles.  Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.  Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy.  Implement and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including appraisals, probation reviews, and PIPs.  Ensure statutory compliance, maintain HR records, and support policy implementation.  Coordinate employee benefits, insurance programs, and claims.    Key Skills  Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding  Employee Engagement, Relations & Retention  Performance Management, Payroll & Compliance  HR Operations, Policy Implementation & Benefits Administration
