Job Description

As a qualified candidate for the position, you should meet the following criteria: **Role Overview:** You should hold a qualification of CA/Inter CA and have experience working in a managerial role, such as Manager, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager of accounts in a Listed Company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate 3-5 years of minimum experience as a CA or 5-7 years as an Inter CA. - Be proficient in SAP and have expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Possess knowledge of IND-AS and be capable of financial reporting and financial preparation in Excel. - Manage Management MIS, SEBI compliances, ROC compliances, and audit adherence. - Conduct due diligence of accounts and taxation, including ledger scrutiny and banking operations. - Exhibit proficiency in database management, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. - Embrace teamwork, adaptability, willingness to learn, and creativity. - Knowledge of Merger, Acquisition, Listing, and fund raising will be considered an added advantage. - Immediate availability for joining will be an additional advantage. Please note that the base location for this position is Ahmedabad, or you must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
