Assistant Manager – Guest Relations

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our guest relations team, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the industry.

• Manage and supervise the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
• Train and mentor new staff members on excellent customer service practices.
• Monitor and evaluate guest service quality to identify areas for improvement.

• Proven experience in guest relations or a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, including front office management systems.
• Familiarity with CRM software and technology used in the hospitality industry.
