Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the guest relations department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
