Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the guest relations department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is required.
A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
