Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the guest relations department at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
  • Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to services and processes.
