Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations / customer service / credit assessment, depending on department
- Supervise a team of executives or associates and ensure process compliance and operational SLAs
- Act as a bridge between on-ground teams and senior leadership for smoother workflow
- Drive productivity and process improvements with strong data-driven insights
- Support digital onboarding, KYC, and customer lifecycle management using fintech tools
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Tech, Product, Risk, and Compliance
- Maintain relationships with external partners such as NBFCs or banks if applicable
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of fintech products such as gold loans, digital lending, or credit scoring
- Good understanding of KYC, underwriting, and loan lifecycle management (as relevant)
- Hands-on experience in handling teams and managing performance
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, and MIS reporting
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to working in fast-paced startup or growth-stage fintechs
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance norms (RBI, KYC, etc.)
- Experience in process automation or working with digital platforms
