Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day business operations / customer service / credit assessment, depending on department
• Supervise a team of executives or associates and ensure process compliance and operational SLAs
• Act as a bridge between on-ground teams and senior leadership for smoother workflow
• Drive productivity and process improvements with strong data-driven insights
• Support digital onboarding, KYC, and customer lifecycle management using fintech tools
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Tech, Product, Risk, and Compliance
• Maintain relationships with external partners such as NBFCs or banks if applicable

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech, NBFC, banking, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of fintech products such as gold loans, digital lending, or credit scoring
• Good understanding of KYC, underwriting, and loan lifecycle management (as relevant)
• Hands-on experience in handling teams and managing performance
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, and MIS reporting

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to working in fast-paced startup or growth-stage fintechs
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance norms (RBI, KYC, etc.)
• Experience in process automation or working with digital platforms
