Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the Global Tax team. Depending on the specific areas of support the role will be responsible for different activities.Key responsibilities:Manages Tax accounting and reporting covering Quarterly, Forecasts and Yearly processAdministers Global Tax and Accounts Solution (GTAS) toolAssists Group Tax team in preparing and submitting various returns to HMRCManages communication with markets, regional teams and tax team to ensure timely reporting and submissionsManages Management recharges allocation process covering Forecasts, Budgets and cost True up processAnalyses variance of forecast numbers with previous Budget/Forecast and providing commentary to Management / Transfer Pricing (TP) ManagerManages communication with cost centre owners and service receivers. Supports Transfer Pricing Manager in answering Transfer Pricing related queriesEnsures timely reporting, analysis and dash boarding of Internal Audit (IA) and Technology audit issues or outstanding findingsGenerates reports by Market to support IA for their internal audit planning processConstantly looks for opportunities to automate processes and implement process improvements
