Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimates & ROs:

    Accurately raise estimates and ROs in the system, ensuring all details are correctly entered and processed.
  • Team Interaction:

    Collaborate effectively with the Business Team and Commercial Finance Team to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Invoicing:

    Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Debit & Credit Notes:

    Handle debit and credit notes, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • GST Impact:

    Understand and apply GST regulations to financial transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Reporting:

    Generate and analyze reports to support business.
  • Problem Solving:

    Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial operations.
