Digital Business Manager **Role and Responsibilities of a Digital Website Manager** **Role:** The Website Manager oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s website to ensure it functions seamlessly, remains up-to-date, and effectively drives business growth and sales. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Website Maintenance & Updates**   - Regularly update website content, including banners, promotional offers, and product information.   - Ensure all website features are functioning properly and resolve any technical issues promptly.   - Keep the website running smoothly, ensuring high uptime and optimal performance. 2. **Content Management**   - Coordinate timely updates of banners, promotional campaigns, and new product listings.   - Ensure all product details, prices, and availability are accurate and current. 3. **Order Processing & Customer Experience**   - Monitor and oversee the online order process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.   - Address and resolve any customer issues related to website orders efficiently.   - Maintain a user-friendly UI/UX to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. 4. **Website UI/UX Enhancement**   - Regularly review and optimize the website’s user interface and user experience.   - Implement design improvements to increase user engagement and reduce bounce rates. 5. **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**   - Track website analytics to measure traffic, sales, and user behavior.   - Generate regular reports on website performance and sales targets.   - Use insights to recommend and implement improvements. 6. **Driving Business & Increasing Sales**   - Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.   - Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers on the website to boost sales.   - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional activities that drive purchase intent.   - Identify and optimize high-converting sections of the website to maximize sales opportunities. 7. **Target Achievement & Strategy**   - Set clear KPIs and targets for website performance, traffic, and sales.   - Monitor progress against targets and refine strategies to ensure objectives are met.   - Continuously analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities. 8. **Compliance & Security**   - Ensure the website complies with relevant legal and security standards.   - Protect customer data and maintain website security protocols. 9. **Team Collaboration**   - Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align website activities with organizational goals.   - Coordinate with external vendors or developers when necessary.
