About the role We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Assistant Manager – Customer Support to join our growing team. This role requires a professional with 3 years of experience in account management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to handle client relationships and lead a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact. Resolve client queries and concerns promptly via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels. Ensure consistent and high-quality support throughout the client lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and delivery. Maintain updated records of client interactions and feedback. Analyze client behavior and feedback to improve experience and retention. Supervise and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and accountability. Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth through effective client relationship management.\ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in a fintech or high-growth environment. Proven experience managing client communications via WhatsApp and calls. Prior experience in handling or mentoring a small team. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. High level of ownership, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
