Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - CRM at Wealth Clinic, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring documentation processes, coordinating with builders, handling client escalations, and actively participating in new product launches. Your role will require confident communication and people skills, as well as superb organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and ensuring documentation and process following in booking logins and system at developers - Timely submission of branch reports such as sales reports, event reports, and other daily basis data reports required by heads - Supervising all builder and project reconciliations - Project empanelment and coordination for booking logins at builders - Handling KYC pendency, updating STS, NOC, discount notes, and debit note processes - Working on branch MIS reports as required by the Branch Head - Supervising pre-sales and after-sales coordination by the back office/CRM team - Managing client escalations and actively participating in new product launches - Hands-on control on CRM software and knowledge of various ERP software - Managing emails, post-sales tasks, dispatching documents to customers, and maintaining MIS - Collection calling, handling old and irritated customers, escalation handling, unit shifting, fund transfer, and ownership transfer cases Qualification Required: - Total Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years in Real Estate/Others Additional Details of the Company: Wealth Clinic focuses on creating a positive and productive environment that promotes professional and personal growth for its employees.
