About the Role We are seeking a qualified CMA professional with a strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and product costing to join our finance team as an Assistant Manager – Costing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry, with strong analytical and reporting skills to support management in cost control and profitability analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CMA Qualified (Cost and Management Accountant) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in costing or management accounting.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation methods.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG industry.
• Exposure to cost audits and budgetary control processes.
