Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of operations, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth processes
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and leadership to ensure targets are met
• Help develop and implement business strategies and initiatives to meet departmental goals
• Monitor team performance, track progress, and provide feedback for improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
• Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for various projects and tasks
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular reporting and analysis to identify areas for operational improvement
• Help with training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (valid work permit or Singaporean citizenship)
