Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales presentations, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing teams. Additionally, the role involves forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth for Stonestry.


Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads based on active projects, buyer intent, and urgency.

• Make outbound calls/emails to prospects in the construction, real estate, and architectural segments.

• Schedule product demos, site visits, and calls for Area Sales Managers.

• Ensure all lead stages are accurately updated in the CRM and follow-up tasks are executed.

• Nurture cold or long-cycle leads through structured communication cadence.

• Share relevant content (catalogs, videos, project photos) to enhance conversion.

• Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback and lead quality insights.


Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or tele-sales (B2B SaaS, edtech, logistics, or real estate).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong grasp of CRM systems and customer journey management.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage 40–50 leads daily
