Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Property Acquisition to support our retail expansion team.

The role focuses on backend coordination, documentation, and process management for new store acquisitions across India.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage property documentation – LOIs, lease deeds, renewals & registrations.
  • Coordinate with legal & finance teams for end-to-end onboarding.
  • Track key milestones: agreement closures, deposits, renewals, and compliance.
  • Maintain property database, ensure accuracy of records, and support audits.
  • Liaise with landlords, brokers & consultants for document flow and clarifications.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in real estate/property acquisition (preferably retail).
  • Strong understanding of lease documentation and legal processes.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.
