Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Business Development, based in Kochi. The role involves identifying business opportunities and converting leads into customers, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of effective strategies to drive partnership opportunities. Responsibilities also include market research, creating business proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. Regular interaction with partner institutions and stakeholders is integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal creation.
• Market research abilities and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills for overseeing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and MS Office Suite is advantageous.
• Experience in the education consulting industry or relevant field is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
