Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager Business Development will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing business deals, and developing strategies to increase the company’s client base. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and event teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in identifying business opportunities, client relationship management, and business negotiation
• Experience in market research, strategy development, and preparation of business proposals
• Project management skills, especially within the event and sports industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in event management and promotions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum 6 years

  in business development/sales, preferably in events, entertainment, or sports.
