Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bid/Tender Manager located in Delhi, India. The Bid/Tender Manager will be responsible for preparing, managing, and writing bids, as well as overseeing the entire proposal management process. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids, adherence to bid processes, and developing strategies for successful bid outcomes.

• Experience in GEM PORTAL , CPP and other tendering portal

• Experience in tender document management & u

  nderstanding of Bid Processes

• Experience in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and Bid Writing
• Proficiency in Proposal Management and understanding of Bid Processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in

  HINDI & ENGLISH.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
