As a Bid/Tender Manager based in Delhi, India, this full-time, on-site role will require you to take charge of preparing, managing, and writing bids, as well as overseeing the entire proposal management process. Close collaboration with diverse teams will be key to ensuring the timely and accurate submission of bids, adhering to bid processes, and creating strategies for successful bid outcomes. To excel in this role, you should have experience in GEM PORTAL, CPP, and other tendering portals, along with a solid understanding of tender document management and bid processes. Your expertise in bid preparation, bid management, and bid writing will be essential. Proficiency in proposal management and a clear grasp of bid processes are highly desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Hindi and English. Additionally, your ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate seamlessly across departments will be vital. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required to be considered for this position.,
