Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Banquet team at Fairmont, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through banquet bookings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize event potential.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the competitive event market.
  • Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing banquets, events, or related fields, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
