Institutional Engagement & Public Relations

·      Establish and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, hospitals, and training centers across designated regions.

·      Conduct seminars, workshops, and info sessions to promote YUNG UNITEE’s education and training offerings.

·      Build strong public relations with institutional leadership and decision-makers to foster long-term collaboration.

Strategic Coordination & Planning

·      Collaborate with internal product and service teams to align goals, share insights, and execute joint initiatives.

·      Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on evolving offerings and industry trends.

·      Develop and implement strategic plans to increase institutional adoption and student participation across programs.

Lead Acquisition & Counselling

·      Engage with prospective students and institutional leads generated through campaigns, events, and outreach.

·      Provide personalized guidance to help stakeholders understand the value of YUNG UNITEE’s programs.

·      Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into active partnerships or enrolments.

Market Coverage & Stakeholder Communication

·      Ensure comprehensive coverage of all relevant institutions within the assigned territory.

·      Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

·      Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.

Enrolment & Partnership Management

·      Own the complete B2B sales funnel—from lead generation to final onboarding.

·      Maintain accurate records of outreach, counselling sessions, and partnership status.

·      Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for institutional engagement and student enrolments.

Cross-Team Collaboration

The B2B Sales Manager will serve as a vital bridge between YUNG UNITEE’s core teams and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.

·      Facilitate regular communication across departments to synchronize goals and engagement strategies.

·      Translate institutional feedback and market insights into actionable plans.

·      Ensure unified marketing, training, and onboarding efforts across platforms.

·      Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional initiatives.


Opportunity Scouting & Strategic Partnerships

·      Scout for new opportunities within the education and healthcare ecosystem to expand YUNG UNITEE’s offerings.

·      Identify potential tie-ups with institutions, training centers, and certification platforms.

·      Explore emerging trends and gaps to propose innovative solutions and partnerships.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate feasibility, structure proposals, and execute agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing); MBA is a plus.

·      2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or training services.

·      Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles and stakeholder management.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·      Willingness to travel and conduct on-ground activities across multiple locations.

·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

Skills in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Closing Deals

Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Previous experience in the education or Ed-Tech industry is a plus

 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, healthcare, or training services.

Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles and stakeholder management.

Willingness to travel and conduct on-ground activities across multiple locations.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
