Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raichur for an Assistant Manager at B N P S and Associates LLP. The Assistant Manager will contribute to the effective management of client engagements, oversee compliance with deadlines, and ensure quality delivery of services across areas such as audit & assurance, taxation, corporate advisory, or consulting. Additional responsibilities include supporting client communication, mentoring and managing junior team members, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with new regulations and industry practices.

Qualifications

Proficient in auditing and compliance processes such as statutory, tax, and internal audits
Working knowledge of direct taxation, GST advisory.
Familiarity with financial reporting standards such as Ind AS and IFRS
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience with cloud-based tools and technology to manage financial workflows
Qualification: Chartered Accountant or equivalent. Additional certifications in IND AS are an advantage
Relevant experience of overseeing Audits and compliance will be beneficial.
