Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide team members to meet performance goals
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally
Support budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Lead team initiatives such as sustainability, development, or process improvement
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management

Qualification - graduation & above eligible
Age - 21 to 28 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
