FOR MORE DETAILS CONTACT 6372800310 Job Summary: The Site Electrical Smart Metering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of smart electrical meters at the project/site level. This role involves coordinating site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of metering works as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the on-site smart metering installation activities. Ensure all smart meters are installed and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, manufacturer instructions, and regulatory standards. Monitor and enforce compliance with electrical safety regulations and company health & safety policies. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless integration of smart metering systems. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on installed meters. Manage and schedule work for metering technicians and subcontractors. Troubleshoot metering issues and escalate technical problems where necessary. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of installation progress, defects, and completion reports. Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and inventory of tools and equipment. Coordinate with utility companies or vendors for system integration and data validation. Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff as required. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 years in smart metering or similar systems.
