Job Role: Assistant Manager (Area Sales Manager Equivalent)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of sales execution, team management, and regional business development. The role involves leading a field team, driving campaigns, and ensuring performance delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 15–25 Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
• Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns (offline & digital).
• Monitor performance KPIs and ensure target achievement.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure client expectations and campaign objectives are met.

Compensation:

• Probation (3 Months): ₹30,000 per month (performance-based) + fuel reimbursement.
• Post Probation: Salary hike (minimum 20% on last CTC), fixed pay + incentives + leadership bonus + benefits.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate (any discipline) with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 7 years of field sales/business development experience.
• At least 4 years of team management experience.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with local travel.

Career Path: Assistant Manager → Senior Assistant Manager → Cluster Manager → Zonal Manager
