Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel & Hotel Arrangements -

    Bring a change by establishing a process of Travel Arrangements, Bookings, Guest House management, stationery etc...
  • Canteen & Food Services -

    Must have a hunger to standardize the Canteen Services with quality of food and waste is minimized.
  • Office Display

    - Be a spearhead to improve the office display where Uniforms and Safety shoes are procured as per global standards.
  • Grievance Redressal

    - Support the functions by reducing the Employee Grievances related to the Facility.
  • Building Systems

- Develop a system where daily operations of the facility are being monitored effectively, including Housekeeping, Plumbing, civil and security.
- Plan and optimize space utilization to support business needs.- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and layout changes.- Lead facility-related projects such as renovations, upgrades, or new construction.

  • Vendor Management

    - Create a transparent vendor performance procedure where vendors are aligned with the goal of organization.
  • Budget & Cost Estimation

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and understanding skills.
  • Strong Coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional time management, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong command of English (verbal & written).
